Jak mogę poprosić o receptę szpitalną?
Jeśli posiadasz kartę medyczną i otrzymujesz receptę na szpital, masz prawo do tygodniowej dostawy leków z apteki po sporządzeniu skryptu szpitalnego, po dostarczeniu jej do apteki w dniu wystawienia recepty przez szpital
Po otrzymaniu recepty należy wykonać następujące czynności:

Przed wizytą w aptece zadzwoń na operację z receptą

Pracownicy recepcji wykonają następnie fotokopię recept

Otrzymasz oryginalną receptę, którą możesz przekazać farmaceucie

Twój lekarz spisze receptę z fotokopii i możesz odebrać receptę z recepcji 48 godzin później. Recepta powinna być następnie przekazana do apteki w celu odebrania pozostałej części należnego leku.
