Czy mogę zadzwonić i porozmawiać z lekarzem w celu uzyskania porady?
Jeśli potrzebujesz porozmawiać ze swoim lekarzem ogólnym, recepcjonistka na dyżurze odbierze wiadomość i dane kontaktowe, a połączenie zostanie zwrócone tak szybko, jak to możliwe. Jak uzyskać wynik testu?
Jeśli masz przeprowadzane testy w chirurgii lub jeśli jesteś skierowany do szpitala na test, NIEZBĘDNE jest, aby zadzwonić do lekarza w celu uzyskania wyników w ciągu 7 - 10 dni od przeprowadzenia procedury
Większość oddzwonień będzie wykonywana w porze lunchu lub bezpośrednio po zakończeniu operacji późnym popołudniem / wieczorem. Z naszą pielęgniarką można skontaktować się w poniedziałek, środę i piątek w godz. 14.00-14.30 w celu uzyskania wyników badań krwi / próbek moczu lub wymazów.
Należy pamiętać, że personel recepcji i administracji NIE JEST DOZWOLONY, aby przekazać wyniki badań pacjentom, chyba że lekarz zaleci inaczej.
